7-Days Returns and Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. You will receive Vasvi Credits for the full merchandise value, which can be used to purchase other products from our website.
Terms and Conditions of Vasvi Credits:
- Vasvi credits will be valid for 45 days from the date of issuance.
- Vasvi credits can be used to purchase other products from our website.
- Vasvi credits cannot be encashed or transferred to another person/account.
- Vasvi credits can only be used for shopping on our website.

Steps to initiate a return:
1. Visit your 'My Accounts' section after logging on to our site.
2. Choose 'Orders' and select the order you want to return.
3. Click on the return button for each item you want to return.
4. Enter all required fields and click on the 'Confirm Return' button.
5. You will receive an automated email sharing the RMA number (Return Number).
6. You can track the return status under the 'Return Request' tab in your account.

To ensure a hassle-free return experience:

Quality Check:
Once we receive the returned products, they will undergo a quality check from our Quality Assurance team. On successful quality check, we will approve your return request and issue Vasvi Credits.
