Address Specification
The Customer must provide a clear and accurate shipping address. Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the product is shipped. To request a change, the Customer must contact the customer support team at Vasvi before receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Procedure
1. The recipient should inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting delivery.
2. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to Vasvi.
3. The Customer will be charged for re-shipment and handling in case of non-delivery.

Delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address may result in non-delivery.
